Reunion Weekend Details
Saturday, June 25th - 6:00pm
From 6pm to 11pm, we'll have the upper Event Room at Zarletti's. Entree, appetizer, dessert and coffee stations and soda are included in the price of your ticket. Beer and cocktails are available for purchase. Advance tickets are $40 and are available through Tuesday, June 21st at 11:30pm. Clicking below will take you to Eventbrite, a secure, on-line reservation system. After June 20th, you can still register using the link below, but the cost is $48. Payment at the door will be $48 but we may have limited availability. After the reunion, feel free to move down to the main Zarletti's bar where we can continue the party!

Get the party started early and meet up with classmates and friends of HHS at Libby Montana (5616 W. Donges Bay Rd.). No cost or reservations for this event. We'll have nametags and an area for our class to hangout. Food and drink are on your own for this pre-reunion bash.

Every reunion takes many people to make it happen. As President of the HHS Class of 1980, I'm happy to help organize the event, but the real work is done by a group of classmates who deserve a lot of the credit for many successful reunions!

The cost of a reunion isn't just the food, room rental and decorations. Every year, we have to renew our website, we subscribe to a couple sites that help us find classmates and to post our reunion information. The reunion weekend also has costs outside of food such as nametags, fees to the payment services provider, etc.
If you're interested in sponsoring part of the reunion, please contact Chuck Guerin via the Contact Us section below. Sponsorship opportunities can be offering reduced cost or free beer and wine, sponsoring the deserts or appetizers or late night pizza feast. You will be recognized in signage and at the reunion.
Making a donation to the Reunion Committee is also a great way to keep our costs down. There will be an opportunity to make a donation via the Event Brite site where you can buy your ticket or contact Chuck Guerin below to make a donation.
